Prices include:
Bedsheets, towels, the necessities for regular cleaning, trash bags, dishwashing sponges, dishcloths
Cleaning of the upon guests’ leave is not included – all guests should leave the cottage in the same condition as it was upon their arrival.
Payment Terms:
– We accept both CZK and EUR
– Reservation is confirmed paying a 50 % deposit (of the total price)
– The remaining 50% has to be paid no later than two weeks before the stay
Cancellation fee:
– 4 weeks before arrival: 10% of the total price
– 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
– less than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
An earlier departure dost not constitute a reason for refund.
Arrival:
– Checking-in is possible from 14:00 on the day of arrival
– A refundable deposit of 1,000 CZK per apartment or 3,000 CZK for the whole cottage must be made upon arrival
– Check-out on the day of departure must be done by 9:30
